While at ADN Telecom PLC, I contributed to Laravel-based development where process reliability and data accuracy were non-negotiable.

- Multiple statuses, documents, and administrative checks had to stay consistent.
- Mistakes in data or process are costly in welfare/application systems.

- Clear process mapping and careful validation matter more than flashy UI.
- Auditability and accuracy are features, not extras.
